1. Academic Integrity & Honor Code
Mediq Academy tutoring sessions and study materials are designed strictly for educational diagnostic coaching and preparation for USMLE Step 1, Step 2 CK, Step 3, and legitimate medical research publishing. Students agree not to share proprietary tutoring material or request unauthorized exam dumps.
2. Free Diagnostic Trial Sessions
Each registered user account is entitled to one free 30-minute diagnostic session per service track (USMLE and Research). Duplicate accounts created to bypass trial limits will be deactivated.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time through the Member Portal without forfeiting session credits. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in credit forfeiture.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
All package payments and tickets are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions renew according to the selected package billing interval unless cancelled prior to the renewal date in your account settings.
