1:1 Tutoring & Diagnostic Sessions
How does the Free Diagnostic Trial Session work?
Every new student gets one free 30-minute diagnostic trial session per track (USMLE & Research). During the session, an expert tutor evaluates your NBME/CBSE performance, identifies yield weaknesses, and drafts a custom study plan.
How are Mediq tutors selected and score-verified?
All Mediq USMLE tutors are score-verified (260+ on Step 1 / Step 2 CK) and rigorously vetted for teaching clarity. Our research mentors are published authors in PubMed-indexed journals.
Can I reschedule or cancel a booked session?
Yes! Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled directly from your Member Portal up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without forfeiting session credits.
Research Mentorship & Publications
What is included in the Research Mentorship program?
Research mentorship pairs you 1:1 with an experienced medical researcher to co-author PubMed-indexed manuscripts (Case Reports, Systematic Reviews, Meta-Analyses) following PRISMA & CARE guidelines.
Do you guarantee journal publication?
We guarantee manuscript completion and submission to legitimate, non-predatory PubMed-indexed journals. Peer-review decisions are subject to journal editorial boards.
Billing, Packages & Payments
What payment methods are supported?
We process payments securely via Stripe, supporting all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) with bank-grade encryption.
What happens to unused session credits?
Session credits remain active for the duration of your active subscription billing cycle and roll over into renewed packages.
