We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve our tutoring services — including matching you with appropriate tutors, scheduling sessions, processing payments, and sending session reminders and study plan emails. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We work with trusted third-party providers to operate our platform: • Supabase — Database and authentication infrastructure • Zoom — Live video sessions • Bunny.net — Video recording storage and delivery • Resend — Transactional email delivery • Stripe — Payment processing • Cloudflare R2 — Document and file storage Each provider operates under their own privacy policies and data protection standards.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Session recordings are retained for a minimum of 12 months after the session date. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us at privacy@mediq.academy.

5. Your Rights
